Your Host Roswitha was born in Carinthia, Austria, and has resided in Canada since 1967. Her desire to share with you first hand her knowledge and appreciation of this special part of Western Canada prompted the establishment of Kapristo Lodge. Roswitha has hosted international guests to Western Canada during her seven years working as house manager (guest services) for the renowned lodges operated by Canadian Mountain Holidays Helicopter Skiing and Hiking. Was an avid skier and is an outdoor enthusiast, Roswitha is uniquely qualified to show you the best of what the area offers.
